After the 4th call to Biffa with no answer I tried the council offices for help. Very unhelpful girl said no she can't help and no there was no manager to speak to. Gave me an email address to try! No wonder large waste gets dumped! At least you could bother to train your staff in customer service and how a bit helpful and interested.

NO bus service at all between certain towns and villages on the Route 69 for EIGHT WEEKS and do any of the affected bus stops have a notice on them saying when the normal service will be resumed? NONE of them. Instead, it is impossible for seniors to get into nearby towns from certain villages because of disability and age, and all because roadworks are being undertaken and the bus company (which I believe is run by the council) does not consider minor villages worthy of bus stops! Also, somebody please fix a electronic sign at a bus stop in Fair Oak Square, Fair Oak that has been vandalized - and has remained unfixed now for a month.

Yesterday they moved my garden waste bin into the middle of my entrance thus blocking my drive but did not empty it. I could not report it before 12:00 today so I am supposed to wait another 2 weeks before any action is taken. That means no action will be taken! Bear in mind that due to Christmas & New Year, it is 4 weeks since the last collection. Will I be recompensed for this lack of contracted service? I doubt it! The plodders who gravitate into employment in the sleepy hollows of WCC do not care or understand the concept of customer service but they will have employment for as long as they want and a gold plated pension when they don't want! And we pay for it, through the nose!!!
