I’m so impressed with the receptionists at my surgery on Wimpole Road, every time I ring with a prescription enquiry or pop to see the Doctor they are so helpful. I’m very grateful, as for some people a visit to the Doctors can be stressful.

Disgusting behaviour from dr Bailey my poorly mum who needed a phone appointment because she can’t get to the drs spoke to this dr, my mum is currently waiting for a total need replacement and needs a little help and home as we can’t always be there for her was told to lose weight to help with that! Imagine telling someone who is waiting for a knee replacement and the other knee is basically nearly ready for one also that if she loses weight this will help and they can’t help with anything else! Also when my mum explained she cares for her daughter also dr said well what’s wrong with her then! When people phone for a gp appointment and ask for help they should be. All she wanted was a referral so she can get a carer put in place but was told well you won’t need it for long so lose weight! Amazing treatment. Drs are meant to care and help patients not palm them off and tell people to lose weight when one she can hardly walk or move. Think some extra training is required with this gp. I know things are tough and hard for drs at the moment but that doesn’t mean you should treat patients in this way. This isn’t the first time I even called to make a complaint about the treatment she has received in the past clearly things are not getting better.

No one can turn down a patient! Been told to find another place while I was suffering from a bad chest pain because their books are closed. This surgery is a waste of time :/

I would like to thanks for Mrs. Pip who is working at the reception. Nice and very helpful person, whenever I see her, she is smile. I feel calm when she is at work because I am sure she will help me as much as she can. Not only follow the book procedure but so humanly. She sims understanding the ppl who come to GP are not health and need help. No one health will go to the GP because sitting and waiting for a visit is not a hobby. Thank you so much dear Pip. All the best from me. 😍

Best practice I’ve ever been with. I have had to use this practice quite a bit unfortunately, but every single time I call up and request anything I’m always met with the most respectful people. I can’t thank you enough for everything so far. Friendly, well mannered staff that listen and act.
