    Absolutely horrible. I called the reception many times to get a copy of my licence saying is finished and no one answered me so i decided to go to the office but it was no surprise that there was even worse they couldn't find my file as my case worker had changed multiple times and said they can't do anything so i have to get the original letter from prison Absolutely rude not helpful and the security guy keeps staring at people worse than a camera which makes it a very unpleasant place to be

    Worst lady on the phone ever, seemed like an immigrant because of the lack of English communication. She was very rude and when I asked for an enquiry she proceeded to comment on how I can lose such a document in the first place. Terrible attitude, should definitely be suspended on the grounds of customer service. Very poor from Wimbledon Probation Centre, better of avoiding them.
