Avoid! The clinic would try their best to get you to go to them without understanding the customer needs and will turn you away once you arrive. After I told them exactly what I wanted on the phone, they told me to do two tests (more than £100 combined) one week in advance. Once I arrived, two clerks told me they can’t perform the test. Obviously they don’t understand the covid regulations of different countries and there’s no doctor available. They rely on calling a remote doctor for information. The place is in a dungeon without basic hygiene standards. They turned me away without even an apology and blamed me for everything while they are the ones who confirmed the tests are valid and went ahead to book the test. This place is a total waste of my time in my opinion. In the end I booked through Randox and it was less than half of their price and I got the results in 60 mins.

Went to have the Fit-to-Fly/entry to Japan PCR test last Friday. Pretty well-organised - the basement room where the sample is collected from throat and nose is cleaned each time, I understand. The results came back to me pretty quickly, too, and when the format of the entry certificate did not seem to fit the one demanded by the Japanese government and I pointed this out they were very quick to redo the certificate even though this was already out of hours Friday evening. I am very happy with the efficiency and service. Thank you.
