    I had to contact the Wimbledon branch to resolve an issue with my kids' swimming membership - Dennis was so helpful, he promised to look into it and contact me with an update, which he did . So I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received and my little ones are really enjoying their swimming lessons !

    Decent amount of equipment and I find it’s not too busy during lunch hours on week days. However, I’ve been cleaning the floor mats (and all equipment, but I’ve noticed it most with the mats) after use, and the tissue comes off near black. Makes me question whether they’re being cleaned by the staff at all. Also, I’m paying for a membership that includes a spa, however it wasn’t until after I signed up that staff told me there was no spa included at this location. Misleading as I was told about the health suite when I looked around before hand, and it wasn’t explained that this was a separate thing that you have to pay for.
