Michael and the guys at Wimbledon Land Rover Service Centre have been an absolute pleasure to deal with & have gone out of their way to accommodate me and the maintenance of my Discovery on both occasions I have been to them. Unfortunately the same could not be said for my local Harwoods in Coulsdon, which is why I am happy to travel the extra 40 minutes to WLRSC have any work carried out on my vehicle. I took my SVR in here to get a few electrical issues sorted. I was promptly booked in with a minimal waiting time, once on-site the service was amazing. Michael is great and his main focus is clearly getting the right outcome for the customer, as soon as I arrived he got me settled and got my car straight into the workshop. He provided regular updates as and when he got them from the tech. They diagnosed the issue and rectified it in no time and I was back on the road in a few hours! Amazing service and puts main dealers with their flashy sites to shame! I will only use this site for all my future LR maintenance and servicing needs! This site and the team here are the saving grace of the LR dealer network! Keep up the great work and I hope Land Rover take note and begin applying some of this amazing formula to the rest of their main dealer network! Services: Electrical, Electrical repair

Has anyone ever been a customer at this service centre and always feel at ease after contact with them either in person and on the phone. Their customer service is the best I have experienced in land rover’s servicing centre. I think Croydon land rovers should actually ask what they do here that makes their customers satisfied. Michael, David and all the guys are amazing in what they do. Thank you for always giving a car a fantastic TLC
