At Lawrence's request I sent him am email of a unit with arched heads that I wanted glazed (prior to having the unit manufactured). I asked him if having this unit glazed would pose a problem, he did not reply in the negative so we had a very expensive steel door manufactured at his omision of saying that it would pose a problem (the drawing were with him for over 2 weeks). He came to site to measure it once manufactured, he didn't get back with a quote in a timely manner (1.5 weeks). I had to call the store 5 times to finally get an answer that no he could not get it glazed because he couldn't get a warranty on the glass. Lawrence, you could have told me that when I had called you and emailed you MULTIPLE times BEFORE I had the door manufactured. It's increadibly lazy service. Also the man who answers the phone mumbles and has no people skills.
