My review is simple and to the point. If you are unable to down a bird or two yourself, buy either directly or from their market stalls . We acquire ours from Salisbury's market and choose partridge and pheasant as these are undoubtedly our favourite, but mallard is usually on offer too along with all other meats including venison . Freshness, preparation and packaging is of the best , and I heartily recommend a trial purchase.
