Does anyone actually ever answer the phone here? We've had an unjustified increase of 140% in 4 years on our salisbury parish council tax.... (70% plus 40%)

Another rubbish cuncil ! we pay a lot of money for this incompetents working in a building call council . Housing Conditions department , totally useless...... You contact the council to report houses for rent that are not in compliance with safety standards, and with other multiple problems, and they do not care ... The council protects slum landlords, and is complicit in retaliation made by the landlort to tenants .... shame! public service paid by us !!! shame!

Totally incompetent! Received a letter that I’d had a parking ticket in August last year. They’d been sending letters to old address so it progressed to collection agency. Went to pay council after speaking and losing but having debt agency stopped, told by council employee “it’s nothing to do with us now you need to sort with collection agents”. Paid agents £179 pounds only to receive a letter from council today asking for the original debt of £50 which they had passed on! Shambles to say the least.

The Back Road From Larkhill Passed Woodhenge With the road works and closure on the road to Larkhill, why has the Woodhenge Road not been repaired? There are large potholes and a very poor road surface. No planning, no consideration for the residents of Larkhill. Come on Wiltshire Council get them craters filled.
