Once again i left my Taylor acoustic guitar with Mark because it just didn't sound right..I just find it hard to believe after 40 years of praying guitar that a guitar will change and need setting up properly. Great service. Responded quickly on WhatsApp (very convenient) and answered any questions I had. Managed to fit me in within a week or two and done a great job setting up my acoustic which had become a bit difficult to play and had intonation issues. Mark's work was superb, the difference surprised me! It's now much easier to play across the fretboard and the intonation issues are gone. It also seems to sound clearer and with better sustain. I'm very happy with the work Mark has done and I will definitely be back. Mark's also a really nice guy so there's nothing to fault.

Dropped my Gretsch into Mark last week as I wasn't entirely happy this beautiful guitar was playing as it should. I picked it up today and Mark has completely transformed her, I can't stop playing it. A lovely guy, really knows his stuff and very reasonably priced, thank you Mark. Highly recommended
