Found out my appointment had been cancelled when I arrived. Had booked over the phone (as they requested) on June 6th. Today they said their phones are broken and the receptionist wasn't in. The dentist told me to try calling the number again, then proceeded to show me her broken phone not ringing as if this resolved the situation. The practice also looks like a squat inside. A surreal experience, but if you're looking for somewhere to receive dental treatment I wouldn't recommend it.

I had a very pleasant experience today with Dr. Wale Towolawi. I had purchased a 'Dental Check-up with Scale, Polish and Necessary X-Rays' via Groupon and I am pleased with the level of Service I received. Dr. Wale Towolawi did not rush the Service at one point and advised me that my Teeth are in good condition. The Receptionist was also Polite and Professional. Will definitely recommend this Dentist.

Dr Wale Towolaw identified a cyst inside my gum that was (for years!)overlooked by other dentists. When I went there I was greet and registered by very helpful and polite receptionist. I'm very lucky that I went there as I was quickly referred to one of the best hospitals in UK. Some comments refer to a 'shabby place' -maybe the place need a refurb but the service is outstanding and that's what matters the most.
