I have to say that overall, my experience of purchasing my new Hyundai Ioniq 5 Namsan Edition through Wilsons of Epsom has been very good. I'm grateful, in particular, to Mason Revell, the Sales Executive who looked after me thoughout what has been a wait of 8 months (owing entirely to supply-line issues) between placing the order and taking delivery. Mason was the first person at Wilsons to whom I originally expressed an interest in the Ioniq 5. He organised both the initial (short) test-drive and then subsequently a 24 hour test-drive, thus enabling me to be sure about my choice of new vehicle. He then delivered on his promise to keep me informed, monthly, throughout what we both knew was likely to be a long lead-time between order and delivery. Finally and upon delivery, he conducted a thorough handover, patiently explaining many of the complexities associated with what is such a tech-laden vehicle. So all-in-all and despite the wait, I've been very happy with the service I've received from Wilsons, and Mason Revell in particular.

A great experience from the early scouting stage to the final purchase. Seek out Mihai if you can; he didn't do the 'hard sell' routine, which is always welcome, and he's knowledgeable and patient. The buying experience under his supervision was straightforward, as was his thorough introduction to the new car upon delivery, to the extent that I haven't needed to study much of the manual yet. Very happy with the new drive so far!
