Had lino fitted in the kitchen was happy to help the two guys pull washer out to fit to skirting board they stated they could manage but never fitted to skirting board just cut to slightly under washer looked tacky after they then stated that's all they do. And then other area of kitchen bottom skirting board lino and skirting board had a gap but my last lino fitting didn't but excuses made again very disappointed

Didn't want the job. Too small for their " independent fitters". No control on quality if not directly employing staff.

Salesman in store was a very nice young man. Well impressed. When I called the store prior to fitting the man on telephone was quite rude. Carpet fitter was on the other hand very organised with regard to arranging the fitting time of day of fitting. However I am very disappointed as to why I have spray adhesive all over freshly decorated skirtings and walls. I was away and can only guess they have used spray adhesive to stick the underlay down as there is gripper fitted all the way round the room. Even the radiator pipes are laced with spray tac adhesive. Very poor workmanship. I recently had a full house carpeted by well known carpet warehouse in Grimsby and the service was nothing but first class. Their fitters actually removed all waste and even vacuumed the rooms ones finished. My hard earned money will be spent with them in the future. Totally disappointed
