Fantastic service. Booked months in advance. Received text confirmation. Arrived on time upon collection. Text and called me the day before collection from airport as I gave the wrong return flight number. I then gave the right number. Text recieved upon landing, collected within 5 mins on leaving airport. Really good prices, excellent contact, highly recommend. Very happy customer and will use again.

Had a stag do this weekend (Friday to Monday), had a booking with this company for a Friday and Monday pick up. The journey was from Essex to Ipswich. 4:45pm on the Thursday I get a phone call cancelling the booking cause windows were smashed, was given three companies I could contact, two companies had permanently closed and the other closed at 5pm, by the time I had got off the phone those three choices were pointless. With this in mind I wonder if this company knew about the status of the two closed companies and i reccomend they do research on competitor's before they give out information that resulted in time being wasted. This company had come on so many recommendations with how great they were but to be given pointless information and not even an apology on the late notice is a poor reflection on this business, the end result for my fellow stag members and myself was we had to pay out more money on another minibus company.
