    I bought a car from these guys a year ago ,had nothing but trouble spending half the time I owned the car in the garage , nothing that’s has been cheap to fix and not covered under there 12 month warranty now having to sell the car for scrap as it costs more then the car worth to get it fixed would not recommend to anyone

    Phoned up to ask about the availability of a car and to discuss the part ex of my current car. To say I was speechless is an understatement. I was told the mileage on my car was wrong because the HPI check said so, when asked to explain he exhaled very loudly, when pressed to explain his comment he could not and quite frankly became agitated and terse. I told him I had full BMW service history with receipts so told him his HPI check was wrong. I asked him how did a HPI check know how far I had driven my car since the last mot, once again he could not give a reply. The rude little man then said why are you selling your car you haven’t had it long, when I replied it was none of his business he got really shirty, and this point I had had enough, I told him I was going to end the conversation before I said something extremely rude to him and very sarcastically told him it was a pleasure speaking to him and hung up.
