Dreadful. Firstly, the telephone is rarely answered on either the service or the sales desk. Attempted to book in a service which could not be done for three weeks and would not include checking the tyres. Was referred to ATS over the road for this! Pricing was through the roof. Quoted £1400 which they claim was a flat rate from Mitsubishi only to find that another official dealership quoted £900 for exactly the same service. Avoid them if you can.

I have just bought a mitsubishi mirage through wilmoths . A completely pleasant experience from start to finish. I ordered the car on line . I dealt with Mark Franks. Lovely helpful and overall excellent chap. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered to my door within the week. Telephone calls and emails were all answered immediately. Excellent service from this garage. When dropping my wife's car off for its annual service and MOT, I suddenly realised I had done the unthinkable and left home without a mask. I waited outside whilst my wife went in to Reception. She asked if they had any masks and the lady said they did and gave one to my wife for me, no charge. (My wife later put a donation in a charity box.) The car was ready by the appointed time and all work was done to our satisfaction.
