    Super friendly & helpful service from this dealer today. Got a vehicle service, MOT, cleaning the fridge gas jets, and wiring in a new MPPT solar controller on my Accordo 135 motorhome, all super fast and at very reasonable cost. Very happy to recommend.

    I purchased a Motorhome from Wilmoths Sept 21; the service I have received from them since then has been brilliant. The motorhome had a couple of minor teething problems, these were dealt with very quickly. Just had my vehicles first service and habitation check and they were as usual very good. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The Service plan I took up with them has saved me a considerable amount, I am grateful they offer this additional service. Would I buy a motorhome from Wilmoths again??? DEFINITELY

    Avoid - Awful Customer Service I have never come across a company with such an awful customer service. Multiple visits and contact with this company and every experience was the same. No calls returned, no quotes given without chasing and reluctant to book in any jobs without a great deal of chin scratching. I took over a month to finally get a price for a part, only to be told that they had tried my mobile once, which apparently was engaged. That’s as may be, but there is such thing as voicemail! Anyway after waiting for a price and installation date - guess what? That’s right no contact again. In this day and age, where pennies are tighter, you’d think that most companies would do all they could to keep customer base, but not Wilmoths. Obviously they are content with their workload (not), something I’ve yet to see any evidence of on any visit, even when I’ve been waiting for work to be done on my own vehicle the whole place is invariably like a ghost town. Unfortunately, this attitude gives a detrimental view of the Romahome products and service too, as being their nominated partner they, for me, are also killing the Romahome brand. I’m just so glad that I never took out their service plan that was shoved in front of me within the first 5 minutes of my first visit. Needless to say, I will not be giving Wilmoths anymore of my business. If I could give negative stars then I would. Response to Reply:- Firstly, I think you are confusing me with someone else. You didn’t have my vehicle for any work in May, so the part about the offer of a courtesy vehicle is completely inaccurate. I’ve not had issue with the work provided by your technician, in fact he was probably the one of your staff members that actually had any sense of customer service. The Admin lady, always tried to help, however it was the service/parts team that lets your company down. As for the service plan, rather than being an effort to help the customer, I feel was more as a try to get money before any customer had a chance to receive an experience of your “service”. Having one sales person would have had no detrimental effect on my visit as I never purchased my vehicle from you. As previously mentioned it’s the service (or lack of) by Andy in your service department that is the issue here. Your response does not reflect any desire by you to apologise and realise that you have a very serious problem with the service you provide (look at your other feedback both on here and Facebook), which is a shame. So thank you for taking the time to post a totally inaccurate reply and needless to say, this is one customer that will NOT be returning!

    We purchased a new Autotrail F60 in 2020, one that this dealer had in stock which fitted our required specification. The purchase went very well and they delivered the vehicle to our home. Unfortunately the windscreen was damaged on delivery ( not the dealer's fault, just an accident ). They agreed have it replaced at no cost to us. Due to lockdown it was over 12 months before this was replaced, not the dealer's fault. However when we did try to arrange the replacement the service department failed to return my calls on a number of occasions. The Xzent infotainment system then lost its display and I received the same lack of communication from the service department. I would never buy from Wilmoths again not because of the sales department but because of the totally useless service department.

    I would be extremely careful before doing business with this company. My experience was poor it seemed that they wanted me to pay a deposit on a motorhome without seeing it non refundable £1500. I do not even know if that is legal for a company to do this with our UK laws
