Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged everything for me I was offered refreshments and somewhere comfortable to wait. They were very quick getting the job done. Only thing that's disappointing is that the disabled entrance is at the other end of the building from where you park, I found this very difficult with my mobility issues

Be sure NOT to ring the parts department more than once to chase call backs that never arrive nor the part you ordered 3 weeks ago with an 8 working day lead time because you will get a rude stroppy man on the end of the phone. I have had a great experience after I had my car fail. Citroen assistance sent someone out with a flatbed truck to take it somewhere, and here was the only dealership that would take it. After initially being told it might be the middle of January before it gets looked at, a Christmas miracle happened and I got a call 4 days after it was taken in to say it was ready. I am genuinely grateful to you at the dealership for helping get this resolved as quickly as you did. Sian and Phoebe were particularly polite and helpful whenever I had to speak to someone at the service department. Thank you!

Was able to take car in for 2year service within 48 hours of calling them. Car returned within 1 1/2 , spotless . Only negative, parking the car when you arrive is impossible without leaving it in an inconvenient spot for other customers.
