I've never own a new car and was very sceptical after all the romours about main dealers over charging for the silliest of faults, so we signed up to a service plan to soften the blow as and when the costly follow up repairs came in. We've just had our first service at Wilmoths Ashford and what an effortless and smooth experience!! The team were very friendly and welcoming, advised me of a couple of issues which they covered on warranty. Absolutely brilliant service and actually worked out cheaper than my previous service at an independent garage and we even got a courtesy car!! Thank you to the team and especially to Alison for looking after us. Wish I upgraded my car earlier!!
