Outstanding accuracy and visual presentation of survey material . The accuracy of laser scanned interiors (and then drafting of as is and to be models) was to tenths of a mm, allowing a highly accurate 3d model for use in a refurbishment to be developed. The accuracy enables wall thicknesses and uniformity and material requirements to be assessed.

From the moment I spoke to Rich, I could tell he was the best person for the job. He seemed genuinely interested in my project and asked lots of questions (which was great, as it gave him a better insight into the exact needs of the survey). He carried out the 3D laser scan promptly and professionally, and little over a week later I had all the 2D elevations that the Timber Frame supplier needed; who were very pleased with the CAD deliverables Rich supplied – I have no doubt they'll consider hiring Wilmac on some of their future projects!

We used Wilmac Geomatics on recommendation to survey the position of the cellar in a neighbouring property relative to the proposed foundations of a new build. Rich responded to the request quickly and went out of his way to do the survey within timescales required. The survey involved gathering internal & external data from the neighbour’s house, this he did in a most professional, unobtrusive and respectful way. The survey provided exactly the specific data required, but because of the capabilities of the equipment also provided accurate information regarding boundaries and levels. We would highly recommend Wilmac and would use them again for any topographical survey.
