The Laurels @ Runcorn. Willows Group is part of a HUGE HEARTLESS profit driven organisation. They are focused on lining their own pockets at the DETRIMENT OF YOUR PET. I presented my dog at least 3 times over 4 months with what I have since learnt via RCVS are classic signs of a brain tumour, the Laurels fobbed us off DENYING my dog a dignified death. Vets ignored us and my Claudia died in agony suffering unmanageable seizures. They didnt do other tests such as an MRI, assuming i couldnt afford the treatment when in fact my dog had a lifetime policy and this would be a new condition. Following her death our insurance supplied the clinical notes which prove they saw her with these symptoms, mentioned an MRI but didnt proceed, yet they STILL DENY ANY WRONG DOING. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET FIND AN INDEPENDENT VETS AND AVOID THESE MONSTERS

Great vets . Been with them for over 10 years for my cats. Bruce is great attentive vet . Jo also very good. Got my mum's cat back to health. 17 years now and my additional review...my cat is 18 this week. Stayed with willows hartford even when I moved to Chester. Moved back to northwich and still with them. The practice is thorough. Not cheap but who is?? Get insurance where possible . Don't blame vets for costs . Get pet insurance . It's same as home insurance or Car . These vets are very good . During covid-they operated a smooth practice . Outside in all weather they came out to the animals unlike other vets who did phone chats and took your pet inside . Vets came out at Willows wearing masks . All my pets been here since 2005 . And unless I move 50 mile away they will continue to.

Worst vet of the year. I wish there was an option for zero stars. My beautiful 13 year old dog went into this vets with a sore leg and died 7 days later with acute kidney failure after being given an xray without any bloods being taken and an injection of matacam which i'd told them so many times she couldn't have. And the reception is manned by dragons who make you feel so unwelcome too. Absolutely heart broken. I wouldn't recommend this vet if it was the last place on earth. And also the response from them regarding this review is absolutely shocking!. This "matter" as you call it..did not receive satisfactory response, far from it. The response i received was statements from the vet - Andy - the receptionist - becky - containing absolute lies. As you know i requested copies of all telephone calls.. But conveniently you advised calls didn't start to be recorded until jan 23. And as for being "dissatisfied" - am FAR more than "dissatisfied" - am absolutely devastated, empty inside and heart broken. What a callous comment to make. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PETS LIFE.

I’d just like to say thank you to all at Willows Hartford. Whether it’s a routine check up, looking after an animal with a long term condition or an emergency they are always there….. reassuring, helpful and caring. Reception, nurses, vets are all excellent and we’re lucky to have this practice so local to us in Hartford.
