Our little man has always had excellent veterinary care here so thank you so much for that (and long may it continue) however the receptionist's seem to have a prepared list of excuses why they want you to pay in full on the day rather than use your Insurance so be aware!

I've been with this vets for nearly 10 years with our Alaskan Malamute and overall the service has been OK but sometimes questionable. We spoke to someone recently about helping to have our dog put down which is an extremely sensitive and distressing time, especially with young children and a very old dog. The woman we spoke with was not compassionate at all or helpful. They didn't even call me back for 3 days and when they did call me back, they still weren't helpful. VERY DISAPPOINTING and will not be dealing with this vet again in future...
