Anyone who is looking to go to Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service in Shirley Birmingham for BOAS surgery DONT! It’s ridiculous, Miss communication throughout and £465 for a chat for 45 minutes when I was told it would include a scan etc! By the end of the appointment I knew nothing new!! I wouldn’t return here & did not appreciate the rude staff I spoke to either (not all of them)

Fantastic vets. Took my cat in for out of hours care due to suspected urinalysis issues. They were kind, patient, compassionate and explained what they thought was going on with her in good detail and gave me options for her care. She had blood tests and I got the results there and then. She’s a squirmy cat and the very was so patient with her. The facilities are lovely and clean with free tea, coffee and water. They made an otherwise upsetting evening a lot more calm. I’m incredibly grateful and trust them completely with my pets.

Awful place, not even worth 1 star, it looks so clinical, overall experience was terrible. They obviously think about money more💶💵🤑💰💸. I was not even given a diagnosis which is absolutely disgraceful 🙄 considering the very high amounts of money I gave them, they ask how much your insurance is aswel which is weird 🤔as I think they trying to work out how to get more money from you. The location is dreadful, and they are just so expensive, it's best to avoid and try find a cheaper better option 🤬😩😒😑😳, we will not be visiting again!

Entirely refreshing to use The Willows as our main vet - excellent service and particularly Jordana taking the time to really get to know Louis and his recent issues. Nothing was too much trouble, no rush or pressure - everything was on our terms making sure we had a plan to help him moving forwards, discussing all the options. She had a great attitude and a real genuine interest! Feel entirely safe in their hands. Thank you.
