Another excellent visit for Spock. Vicki genuinely cares about cats which is evident in how well our boy looks after a visit to Willowfield. He settles here great for a typically anxious cat.

We left our Smokey with Willowfield cattery for 20 days - generally he is a very anxious cat and goes without food when we have had to board him in catteries before this. We were reassured from the get go and were updated the day after check in that he has been eating well and we had nothing to worry about.Have picked him up today and what a change!!!He had settled in well and is ever so affectionate and looks really calm which was never the case in our experience with a cattery before.I cannot thank Vicky enough and we know we have finally found the best cattery for him. Vicky has genuinely got a way with cats knowing that ours does not warm up to outsiders easily and we will definitely will be coming back.Cannot recommend enough!!!

We were apprehensive about sending our 17 week old kitten to a cattery but we needed not worry, when we went to collect him he was calm and happy, upon returning home he was immediately back to his normal self, in fact probably a little more confident!! I highly recommend Vicky and her team, their love for cats certainly shines through x

We had our cats looked after here for the first time, and I'm really happy with the service! I immediately felt relaxed when we arrived as everyone was so friendly. The cats settled in very quickly and seemed to have enjoyed their stay! Will definitely be using them again in future
