Extremely disappointed..I have bought many things from Willowbrook garden centre..As have my family.. Today I returned a doormat that I had purchased a few days earlier.. The lady on the till had to call someone to do the refund..She asked me if I could wait for a refund or exchange..and her colleague came to do this for me.. He asked me if there was anything wrong with my purchase.. I said no..Just a change of mind.. To which he replied it will be a credit note then.. To which I replied ..I would prefer a refund.. He said it says on the bottom of the purchase receipt..Their refund policy.. And I replied..But that is given to me after I have made the purchase.. Who gives credit notes these days.. The carpark was full of cars..And I have no doubt that most people would have spent there today.. I only wanted my £11.99 back.. Very very disappointed..

Could smell the slaughterhouse on the other side of the road (behind the tall trees) whilst walking around the garden centre today. A notable smell of potting plants and dead sheep.

My weekly saturday breakfast is a real treat at Willowbrook.. the best Garden Centre by far for me. Just love the continuous seasonal changes. The goods/gifts are beautiful
