On Satuardy 20th May my heart was broken forever when I lost my beautiful cat Little Man (who actually turned into a huge boy) at the young age of only 4 years old, it was so sudden and unexpected, he was playing one minute and gone the next, it was so quick and I'm still struggling to process it but Dawn was absolutley amazing, so kind, thoughful and understanding which is just what you need when you lose a beloved member of your furry family as those who are not pet owners do not understand your grief at all and that of your other cats left behind, my other boy Gizmo is lost without Little Man. I cannot rate Dawn and Willow View highly enough, all the little extra touches made what was an horrendously painful experience a little easier to bear. Dawn thank you so much for your tenderness and kindness yesterday and for getting Little Man home to me within just a few short hours. Sending you the biggest of hugs, Maggie xxxx

Thank you Dawn and Karen for being there in our hour of need. Only just feel able now to write publicly since we said goodbye to our darling little Bella aged 18 on the 12th December 22. She was a pampered and much loved Jack Russell x Yorkshire Terrier who we still miss so much. Because of her age I knew that the day would come eventually and in my mind I already knew that she was worthy of the dignified and personal service you offer..was unhappy with the thought of her being far away in an untidy or abandoned place or even leaving her at the vets. She travelled with us on my lap to you after a brief call before the vet visit. Bella was treated with care and compassion .Dawn kindly phoned me at the moment the process was due to start so that we could light a candle for Bella at home . We collected her the same day. Her pink jumper, towel , blanket and collar were neatly folded and we were very happy with the attention to detail and our choice of a permanent dark wood casket. God bless you. Xxx

After a sudden passing of our old boy Oscar we couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and helpful service. Nothing can prepare you for losing your best mate of 14 years, but coming to this place was the best decision we could have made - the best send off for the best doggo. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, it made one of the most upsetting times just that little bit barable with your sympathetic service. Would highly reccomend to anybody, the dignity and peaceful rest of Oscar was more than we could have ever asked for. Thank you.

My hamster was recently put to sleep, he was very special to me and my family so we decided to get him cremated. The people who work here are absolutely lovely and are genuinely nice. They were very patient and the service was beautiful and fast. We dropped him off at around 11:10, and we were able to pick him up from 3:30 even on a Saturday. The items were wonderful and they included fur clippings and multiple foot prints as well as a small jar with a small amount of ash in. They listened to what we would like, (such as 2 separate bags of ash as I have 2 children etc), and did it with ease. You could choose your own scatter tube which was really nice. We also purchased a box from them which is amazing quality and again they were super patient and let us see all the different sizes and explained how they differed. We also got to choose our own plaque for it, which was brilliant. On top of all of that, they included a card with a cute little message on it and a certificate of cremation. The service was a very comforting experience for me and my family, I can’t thank you enough. I 100% recommend.

My cat sadly passed away in the early hours last Saturday morning and after finding and reading the reviews of Willow View pet cremation service I decided to entrust my beloved cat into their care to be cremated and I am so glad that I did. From the first phone call on Saturday to collecting the ashes on Monday Morning, Dawn was understanding and empathetic and we came away after collecting the ashes really pleased with the level of service we got and it made the distressing situation of losing our cat a bit more easier to deal with. Thank you ladies, you are Angels

Sadly I had to have my beloved Ginge age 14yrs put to sleep at the weekend after he had an horrendous fall two weeks ago and dislocated his shoulder. I was so pleased I used the services of Willow View. Dawn was amazing and very sympathetic during this traumatic time. She picked Ginge up from the vets on Monday and return him home to me the same evening. Willow View is highly recommended by me and I will not hesitate to use their services in future. Once again, thank you Dawn.

In a devasting time I cannot thank Dawn enough for looking after my little boy Fudge as if he was her own dog. It was the little things that meant so much. As well as Fudges ashes you get a card with a poem, fur cuttings and his footprints on card. You also had as much time to say goodbye to your loved one that was required. I also got my little Fudge back the same day to take home with me so he was not left alone. I cannot recommend Dawn enough for all pet owners in your hour of need. Fudge and Sally xxx

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our hamster cremated. Lovely and friendly and we were made to feel welcome and not rushed in anyway. Was given time to say goodbye also they went that extra mile to let us have keep sakes. Daisy would have been happy as she was loved.

Sadly we lost our beautiful cat Bella yesterday and Willow view pet crematorium was recommended to us and I'm so glad it was because the whole experience was made a lot more bearable by a lovely lady called Dawn. She couldn't have been more compassionate and understanding and she treated Bella with dignity and respect. The setting is lovely and we weren't rushed. We were able to collect Bella's ashes the same day and they were beautifully presented in a gift bag and Dawn kindly did us 4 paw prints and fur clippings which we will cherish forever. Thank you so much x
