I have used them for years feeling they were the best in the area until recently. My pet needed needed medicine.for 14 days I was given under, I was 4 days short. I told them I needed 4 days. The person who took the message kept telling me how they were going to be finishing early for the day but when I went to collect the medicine I was owed I was given a the prescription again and recharged for it. The new bottle was wider but the amount of medicine in it was deeper. The practice manager would not look into she only stated that their records showed the correct amount was given the first time. She wouldn't acknowledge any of the issues she just pushed to get the balance paid. £13 means more to them than a long term customer.

Took my cat here for treatment was charged £112 including consultation which I happily paid I was asked to make a follow up appointment for the following wk which I did . At no time was there any mention of another £49 consultation fee which amounts to £98 for approximately 5 mins of the vets time in two visits. Talk about disgusted and people wander why animals are left to suffer avoid this practice. Talk about daylight robbery 🤬🤬🤬 . Took another of my cats here today 13/04/23 and would just like to thank the team for the way they took care of her she came home very calm and happy . 👍😺

I can’t complain about the staff they where all lovely the one thing I will say is the robbed me in broad daylight I took my cat in for a water infection and was charged £290 they done a blood test without telling me why and what for I left with my cat and told to take wee example witch I did and return it as soon as possible to be told it’s not enough now I’m not being funny I suffer with water infections and I know myself when it comes to going to the toilet not a lot come out any way finally had enough took what I could get in to get a phone call at 4pm to say her prescription was ready to collect to have to pay another £3.11 and another wee example to get a phone call this morning to say I have to collect pain relief for my cat but wasn’t told how much it’s going to cost and that my cat now need a special diet still waiting for them to email me with diet requirements what she can have and what she can not have

Such an amazing vet, they've all been so lovely and helped our dogs and have been the only vets not to judge because of our age! They were amazing when one of our dogs had to have a tumour removed and have helped us so much!
