I very rarely do a review but I can’t compliment this practice enough, from the reception staff, the practice nurses through to the doctors …..exceptional service and service with a smile.

Seeing a GP nowadays is worse then through the pandemic. No way of booking an appointment over the phone. Was asked to do this through Patches and also face to face consultation is done based on clinician approval. So no wonder everyone keeps going to A&E as the GPs seems to be pushing for this.

Worse doctors surgery ever?!!?! Don’t register here and anyone that is registered here needs to find a new doctors surgery. Receptionist don’t ever want to help. I’ve let the lady know that I don’t have wifi so I can’t book the appointment online, she said well you have to call back tomorrow as we’re closing in 13 minutes, I said I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes there’s no way possible you can help me know. Baring in mind it does not take 13 minutes to set up an appointment. They are extremely unhelpful. This is not the first altercation I’ve had with the receptionist they’re rude! As if they do not like their job. THEN LEAVE!!! What’s the difference between you booking it now and then me calling tomorrow. She said the doctor will call you that same day. I’ve said so you can’t book the appointment, the whole time you’re arguing with me you could’ve booked it in by now. She replied no sorry I can’t help you 👀👀 then what’s the whole point in you being there I’m absolutely fuming. Being at this doctors surgery makes me hesitate to even book an appointment because the woman on the desk are always so rude!! I had a blood test couple weeks ago and nobody has called to let me know the results. The level of professionalism is pants!! That 2.6 * should be reduced to a 1* for the of incompetence

*March 2023 Have blood tests and swabs with no contact re my results. Takes over a week to get a refill prescription with no ownership of requests taking an unreasonably long time. And Patchs requests go unread. My pensioner parent has had ongoing health issues and confirmed an appointment for 11am (again no email or text confirmation) she goes and then is gaslighted into being told she never booked an appointment by the receptionist 3x who then changed her mind and said the "doctor can see you at 2.30" to which she doesn't do the doctor finally sees her after an hour. Time and time again the admin and organisation is so appalling I'm worried sick for my health. Disgusting service yet again! UPDATE. My mother phoned these clowns on Monday they didn't call back the whole day. Then tell her at 12.30 she has an appointment at 2.40 LESS THAN 3 HOURS NOTICE NO TEXT NOTHING. She goes in at 2.40 and is seen at 4.10pm. AFTER MAKING A PENSIONER WAIT 1.5 HOURS THEY GASLIGHT HER INTO THINKING SHE WAS MISTAKEN AND HER APPOINTMENT WAS AT 3.40. Then tell her her sty can be treated over the counter when she has several other infections. She's not even seen by a doctor and had to fight to get antibiotics. Disgusting treatment of an elderly woman. How dare you! - Meh. Wait for an hour on the phone, fill in an endless needlessly tedious e-consult form to be fobbed off to go else where by the disinterested doctor who picks up your case. Happened to me 5 times for stomach pain with ineffective resolutions. They're only solution is blood tests (5 in the last year) only to say everything is normal rather then refering further. My doctor said she "didn't have an answer and didn't know what to do with my condition" Don't offer online forms for booking cervical screenings, phoning reception and waiting an hour to be put through isn't the best use of time. No form of communication when you raise a ticket other then filling in a e consult which is long-winded irrelevant one way communication texts from doctor doesn't support replies so you're only option is to sit on hold with reception for an hour to follow up. Admin system is ridiculous and dangerous impeding on people's health . Also you can't submit an e consult outside of their hours so have to take time off work to submit a form!

So disappointed in this place!! I have heart meds to take and since October, the docs have messed my meds up!! They reject my request of meds that I need and every time I have to wait until the absolute last day to get emergency meds from the pharmacy!! This time I requested my meds and again they been rejected!! I have only 4 days left before my meds run out!! Been hanging on the phone to speak to them for half an hour and still no joy!! Who can I complain to??

You are dealing with robots who memorised their degree textbooks and just repeat the rubbish they have been instructed to tell you. Don't fall for it. Also beware of taking any medication these people assign to you as they don't have knowledge and spread their gov assigned propaganda which started at a young age. There are a host of other sources available. You can avoid this one.

This GP is a shame. The staff is rude. After being on hold for 23 minutes she hanged up on me because they are very busy. And this is not the first time it happened. I am looking to complain to main body.
