A lovely welcome to this pristine site. The lodge was prepared by Tina and Hannah and is spotless! The welcoming touches of Prosecco and chocolates and a welcome pack with all the necessary items to get you going was an unexpected pleasure. The Lakewood Lodge is spacious and is well equipped. It is perfect for us with two girls and a dog. The hot tub was being prepared for use as we arrived, that too is clean and will get plenty of use. I'd highly recommend coming to stay at Willow Pastures.

This was our 3rd visit Willow Pastures, we couldn't ask for a better retreat, the lodge is brilliant spacious with lovely furniture and top fixtures and fittings, it is great for walks which our dog loved, great pub/restaurant next to the site and a great garden centre with additional shops of all sorts there. We've all returned home chilled and not wanting to go back to work, we've already booked for this Xmas and looking to book for next September for a week. Our dog loves it there.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and the whole trip was brilliant. When we arrived we was greeted by a friendly staff member and located our cabin with ease. Upon our arrival the cabin was cleaned to an exceptional standard with lovely little touches making the experience feel more personalised. We stayed in Astoria lodge which was kitted out with everything you could need along with a large smart tv in the living area and two smaller ones in the bedrooms which we were extremely impressed with. To our pleasant surprise the cabin even had a fitted Bluetooth sound system. The hot tub was lovely and again very clean. The property itself is quite quiet but if your looking for a relaxing break away this is prefect. The only slight downside is the hot tubs are not completely private as you can see some of your neighbours, however once you are in the tub it is not as noticeable as the garden/patios area is surrounded by clouded glass fencing. There is a small shop on site and the gardeners arms pub is a stone throw away which we went to one night for food. I couldn’t recommend these lodges enough, we would love to stay again in the near future.

First time here for me & my friend. Upon arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The lodge we stayed in was on Chestnut Drive which had a hot tub and parking at the side of the lodge on concrete. The lodge was immaculately cleaned out and the little touches ie 2 small bottles of Prosecco & 2 wine glasses on the table, 2 chocolate love hearts on the beds, a mixed box of milk, sugar, coffee, biscuits and also washing up essentials and 2 dishwasher tablets. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go again. Rooms: Both of the rooms had ample space for your clothing and both had TVs in. The double bedroom also had a private en-suite and another en-suite for the second bedroom.

I have just stayed here for 4 nights with my mum. Everything we needed (except a DVD player!, gorgeous Lodge (Dorchester) with private hot tub. The lodge was comfortable, incredibly clean and even afew treats left for us. I will definitely book again. Great staff too, came over on 2nd day and checked everything was OK. Our fan wasn't working, so the lovely lady replaced it that day. Cannot fault it

Dissapointed, had numerous issues. Front door not closing correctly , fixed quickly , clock not working, patio door not opening both fixed on day 3, broken kitchen blind not fixed , no thermostat for heating, have to adjust each radiator manually, Bluetooth speakers with no instructions, big sleepers around caravans too close to parking and chipped paint on my wheel. Lodges very close together and no privacy when in hot tub. Lodge was well specced and clean. Park was clean , pub next door was lovely and garden center has an antique center. Overall could've been so much better . Was offered some cash off to go again, but no refund. Won't be using hoseasons again, as their agent they did nothing too
