Called to ask about accessibility for disabled anglers, explaining that I had a blue badge and the guy said in a snarky tone: “err well a blue badge doesn’t really mean anything mate… y‘know, I’ve got a guy with one leg and he gets round no problem… what exactly IS wrong with you?”. Of course I told him not to bother and put the phone down. Not a chance I’d want to give money to that kind of attitude.

Can not believe how nice the staff are I've never there before and as soon as I walked into the shops felt like I knew them for years so helpful the lakes are fantastic clean and have regular checks on your rigs I missed a fish early hours but was so relaxed I didn't mind I think you will have a job finding a better venue this good so we'll done willow park can't wait to come back thanks again

Nice guy serving in the tackle shop, cafe not the greatest but OK, tackle shop well stocked. Very disappointed in the venue condition, tackle covered in mud after the day, they should spend some profits on pathways to alleviate the quagmire.
