What is the check-in/check-out process?

Our check-in time is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is by 11 am. If you require early or late check-in/out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

Our cancellation policy requires a 50% deposit upon booking, which is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, we will refund the remaining 50% of your payment. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival date will result in the full payment being non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our cottages.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?
