Prostate referral was sent to wrong QA urology dept, nothing done for 4 weeks,had to chase it up myself,willow group had to re-refferal again had to wait another 2 weeks before I could see a urologist so that's a six week delay for so called "fast track"appointment.

Never had a good service, horrendous place. I left them for another surgery for them to then take that surgery now can’t get myself or family into another one. It’s been so horrendous family have sued them and QA hospital for negligence. Do not want to be part of this doctors

Hate hate hate hate HATE them! Got forced over to them, when Gosport medical centre merged with them, had nothing but grief, AGAIN! It is not good having rubbish medical care when you have multiple health conditions that need to be monitored! Ugh! I would give them minus stars if I could!

What a shambles! Spending a lifetime on hold only to be cut off. The website is a joke- asking the same questions over & over. When the dreaded econsults are finally submitted they say they'll contact u within 24 hrs lol still waiting! and don't get me started on messing up prescriptions 🙈
