My aunt has been a resident here for a couple of years now. Despite having a degenerative condition she has gained weight (which is impressive), is very well cared for and is happy. The staff are brilliant and work very hard looking after the residents. They are cheerful and my aunt chose to live here after viewing several other places.

My mother has been in Willow Grange for four years and I am a frequent daily visitor with my dog, so I see how the home is run. My mother is well cared for and despite health problems she has always bounced back thanks to the patience and care from the staff. I am shocked by the other reviews posted about this care home, as someone who has a deep intimate knowledge about the running of the home for some time I see the genuine love and care from the staff and I see the physical improvements made by the owners. I have given the home 5 stars and I don't do this lightly. It is not an easy job looking after our ageing relatives, who can at times be obstinate, but the staff at Willow Grange do this so well giving them care and dignity.

Terrible place to work, residents are assaulted by the Romanian staff and the manager ignores your concerns. Plus there is a lot of theft of residents property. AVOID PUTTING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. St Bernards care home is the better choice.

It use to be a high standard care home when I started there but I left due to the care as gone down hill and why all the staff are all putting positive reviews should not be allowed I would not have any of my family looked after there that's for certain poor management !!!

Lovely place to work we are all like one big happy family :-) The management and staff are very friendly and very caring towards the residents in our care , also with the familys to as we know it can be a very upsetting time for them when there loved ones come to a new home ,we make every one feel very welcome and part of our little family :-) .
