Once I was even offered to come with a piece I was struggling with to help me sew it right. What I really appreciate about the service is that if something you are looking for is not sold in this store, they are happy to let you know about possible places to find it cheap or they are helping with finding alternative item.

Beware!! I Took two pairs of Armani jeans in to this shop to have the legs taken up. After asking if they could do this. What a total disaster. It looks like they let a child loose on the sewing machine. Absolute nightmare service. Would not recommend.

The staff here are so rude and unhelpful. It always feels like you are bothering them when you are shopping there. I have asked for advice on a couple of occasions and they make you feel like an inconvenience. The shop is nice and amazingly well stocked and I’d prefer to shop in an independent place but I think twice about going in there because of the bad vibes and attitude from the staff!!
