We bought a used Mercedes from Andrew Bauer! The process couldn’t have been any more seamless if he tried! He was on hand to offer any assistance and the countless questions about mercedes to which we had a wealth of knowledge having personally sold and owned many. We had our car in less than a week with any imperfections sorted and the car completely cleaned. Even the test drive was perfect he allowed both of us to drive. We are quite young to be owning a car like this and there was no judgement on his end. Pure professional! He even went above and beyond offering to put us in contact with his contact at Mercedes for any after care like a service plan. Buying a car from williams select be sure to ask for Andrew Bauer. Well, there is nothing I can add to all the good reviews listed here other than my honest opinion. I got an Audi Q3 from William select and part exchanged my citroen C4 grand picasso, and the whole process was made seamless by Gregg. Very good customer service and would definitely recommend 👌.

Overall, a great experience. After about 10 days of having the car, we had some pressure loss in one of the tyres. I took it to my garage who said there had been two previous repairs on the tyre, so I’d need a new one. I called Williams Select and they were happy to replace the tyre for me straight away. Great service, I’ll be going back the next time I’m looking for a car. The only small negative I would say is that you can find some of their add on insurance products cheaper elsewhere if you shop around.

I contacted the dealer to enquiry about a vehicle to which I received a walk round vehicle for me to view. I then received a phone call from the sales guy asking what I thought of the vehicle, we discussed the price and transportation costs, I asked if there was any movement on going halfs with the transportation fee, I was informed that he would find out and let me know. 1 hour later to a recived an email from the sales guy saying the car had been sold, this is very un professional as he knew i was interested in the car and I was already to do the deal just waiting on the phone call from him on the transportation fee. I am very dissatisfied with the service as is would not have cost much to pick the phone up to contact me.
