Just like so many, I have been totally let down by Jaguar Williams Manchester, zero communication from service advisors, OMG try and get through on the phone ! I have wasted a lot of time and even more money at this place, I deeply regret ever buying a Jaguar, it shouldn’t be like this.

Had my f pace in for remap delete and light blue smoke still git the smoke and the price was ridiculous absolutely poor communication an had to go elsewhere to get problem sorted there engineer said it was done no where near thousands of pounds down the tube stay clear

I’d avoid this dealership for any form of repair or work. They undertook an MOT on my Jaguar in late 2022. An advisory relating to the tyre was issued. I asked them to replace the tyre which they supposedly did, two third parties have confirmed that in their view the tyre fitted was not new despite the £200 charge.

Absolutely disgusted. Dropped my Range Rover in for service on Friday morning. now Sunday, no call to update me on progress/issues etc.. called the branch on numerous occasions on Friday and also on Saturday. Left 4 messages asking for a call back to update me - no response. all 6 calls went unanswered, 4 to voice mail! Not that it should make any difference but I have bought 3 new vehicles from this dealership since 2020 and just ordered a new RR and this is the treatment you get! to rub salt in the wounds I received a text from the service dept on Saturday asking if I was pleased with the service!!! Sunday now, still no car, no idea what is happening or when I will get mine back
