I recently had to take my 520d to this store for a recall, and I must say the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the process as smooth as possible, and I was impressed with their level of service. However, I was disappointed to learn that they no longer provide courtesy cars for recalls. Instead, they offer reimbursement for taxi fares up to £30, which can take up to a month to process. While it's good that they still offer some kind of compensation, I found this to be a bit inconvenient. Overall, I had a positive experience with this store and would recommend 👍

I'm a new resident to the UK, and was desperately looking for a decent used-car last month. After visiting several used-car retailers or dealers and browsing around their cars and making inquiries in person and on-line with their staff, I still couldn't find any because the quality of their used-cars and customer services made me even doubt further. In the end, I was lucky to have found Williams Manchester BMW, and I had a great experience purchasing my first car in the UK with them. From having received a warm-welcome by their friendly and helpful staff at the front desk when we walked in, then comfortably browsing around a wide range of their approved used-cars on display, making further inquiries about my favourite cars, test-driving my car the next day, to purchasing my car and driving my car straight home, the whole process was very smooth and efficient! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Paul Foster, in particular, for his wonderful service. He was a very friendly, honest, professional and approachable guy who helped me all the way through my purchase, and I had no worries at all. Paul was so sweet to offer me a few cute Williams Teddy Bears as souvenirs on the day I picked up my car so I could give them away to my friends who accompanied me to Williams Manchester. Thanks to Paul for his after-sales calls to make sure I've been doing fine with my car. I would definitely refer my friends to Mr Paul Foster and I highly recommend you guys to pick Williams Manchester if you're looking for a decent car!!

What a great experience today! Visited Williams Manchester after going to Stockport and Wilmslow to look at new cars. Bumped into Aaron Barnes on way in to the building and asked if he could help. What a great guy! Nothing was to I much trouble he was friendly, very professional got the car for us to have a test drive and an hour later without the hard sell we had bought the car and it’s ready for collection 2 days later. He is an asset to the Manchester branch and we will definitely be going back when it’s time to change again.

Terrible service. Booked my BMW for MOT and Service. Requested courtesy car and booked appointment 4 weeks in advance to ensure I get a courtesy car. Turned up on the morning, no courtesy car booked. Can’t provide me a car, unwilling to give me a demonstrator, unable to give me a lift home. Offered no solutions only problems. Will not use again. Really poor customer service from the “Service Department”
