Scam....Took my car in for an MOT, left with a fault in my tailgate.... They are now saying they will charge me to take a look at the problem, when its clear the car was maliciously tampered with when om their custody... Thw receptionist at services was also rude and raised his voice when I tried to explain my problem, do not use they break your car and then charge you to fix it!

If you get a landrover make sure you have recovery as this particular model is made by a load of unskilled temp workers who dont know if they have work from one day to the next. Build quality is poor, back to Audi i go.

Absolutely no after sales care in this place. Imagine having customers spend 50k plus on a car only to be told "all our staff are here for new customers only" when you go in with a small query. Deborah needs a training course on service with a smile because she doesn't provide any service and don't think she's cracked a smile since 1986.

I have always had good experiences at all other Land Rover dealerships, however the way I was dealt with by receptionist Deborah at this branch was appalling. I approached Deborah to request a specific accessory for my car only to be told 'go to parts I have other customers to deal with' and that I was free to go and look for myself but I wouldn't find what I was after. Lo and behold when I did have a look, I found what I needed. The manager and other receptionist were subsequently very nice and dealt with my query, however Deborah's not so sunny disposition ruined my experience.
