Highly unprofessional organization! After releasing the offer they cancelled it before 1 week of joining. If a company invests in hiring a resource, the resource also invests in mentally and physically. William Commerce you should understand if a candidate is accepting your offer then he/she has resigned their current employer as that is an ask for acceptance of the offer letter nowadays and not only this they have said "No" to all the other in hand offers but you don't care. Just one fine day you give a call and thrash hard your offer cancellation with an explanation that the company is shifting the entire business to a new location. Is that even an excuse? Is it a 1 day decision? It is really simple for you but place yourself in the shoes of the candidates who have accepted your offer on your confirmation of joining. This is really pathetic and I seriously was not expecting such unprofessionalism from William Commerce as the offer was accepted after thorough research of the Company. Like this you can certainly throw out any of your current employees as well some day ! Beware Folks ! Don't give a thought of joining this Company.
