Very poor service and advise. Car went in for a recall issue and while in service facility they where told to investigate and resolve key fob issues as not working( both key fobs handed in) Report back to me on text didn’t mention not one word of what the car went in for 🙈 then when I called they give contradicting advise told to replace battery’s then I advised they don’t have battery’s then told o yes your right then told maybe u have to replace both fobs 🙈 ones never been used 🙈 But o give them their due they sent me advisory of all other recommended work to be done in detail but nothing on what it went in for BMW liverpool service is terrible just want to get easy service work which they can over charge and don’t solve issues out what the client asks plus they didn’t even call the correct number to say the car was ready for collection and when my wife tried calling them on 5 occasions the service center phone line just rang 🙈🙈🙄🙄🙄 BMW wake up to customer service Hence why more BMW owners are using Other service specialists for quality service and customer care
