I took a 2 days course on food photography with William about 2 years ago and it was one of the best photography courses i have been to. William kept good and clear communication all the way long, was friendly, welcoming, organised, attentive, thoughtful, open, creative and very professional. The number of participants was small so he could give his attention to everyone and fit everyone's need. After checking what we intended to achieve during the training, he adapted to everyone needs. Being a professional photographer myself for some years now and looking to extend my skills into a different industry, i find William to be a very professional, humble and excellent guide. He helped me to find my style more than imposing his. I would recommend anyone who wants to take the course to have a minimum of knowledge about your camera, phone or camera and maybe to find out a little about composition in photography so you can make the most of it. William was delighted to help out and to explain about how cameras work but having someone like him and, at the time Rachel our food designer, at disposal for 2 days, i just wanted to learn more about the creative and building up process of an image. I can't recommend his course enough for anyone who wants to learn and/or to develop their skills or creativity in food photography. I attached few images i produced during William course.
