Sadly my mother in law passed away on 19th of April. I called Donna as I knew her from my daughters school days where we were both parents. Not knowing how to manage the process of death, funerals or any such tragic trauma we put ourselves in her hands. Within an hour of the tragedy, they had sensitively taken Pat to the chapel of rest. The rest of the process was increasingly dignified and caring. Arranging the cars the service etc. Tony West the celebrant was fantastic too, relaying out thoughts at the service with compassion and genuine feeling. Thanks to all of the team at William Mitchell, a very fitting end to lovely lady’s journey. Thank you all. xx

Review on behalf of my partner . Wasn’t that impressed when taking flowers to the funeral directors on the morning of dads funeral to have the comment “Do you have enough flowers “ leaning up against the doorway . Was told it’s not company policy to have flowers outside the house so had to leave them with them ,so they arrived with the hurst. To have a board put up next to the cars to advertise the funeral directors ( time and a place ) when we going into the church . To be then told we will call you when your dad is ready for collection. 2 weeks later and still not received a phone call. When the family then phone we are then told sorry you should phone us . Was very disappointed in the service . My partner and myself won’t be using this funeral directors again

From the moment I walked through the door I was put at ease, my options clearly laid out to me and my wishes all taken into account. An outstanding company, truly professional, proactive and with excellent attention to detail. You could not be in better hands with Donna and her team when faced with this 'distress' purchase. They take care of everything in a sympathetic yet highly effective manner. We had to cope with two bereavements (elderly married couple) within 12 days of each other, and they were able to manage a combined funeral and cremation for us against very tight timescales and complex logistics. Highly recommended!
