We've had our copper bath for 10 years now and we couldn't recommend it more! It's the most beautiful standout piece in our bathroom, which is by far my favourite room in the house. Big enough for 2, or 3 in our case with our baby daughter. We adore our bath, looking as stunning as it did 10 years ago. Customer service is faultless.

While the baths are beautiful, the drain system is clearly a failure in the design and where not enough attention to detail has been paid for such a luxury product. The spa jet design with the flip drain simply doesn't work. We had to return ours twice, and finally switch to another design (which we did not want). The drains constantly got stuck to the point where our contractor could only open them with a stick and a hammer. In addition, the first bath was a shipped to the Netherlands with UK plumbing and with no instructions, and so there needs to be attention to detail at every end, not just in making the bath. Be extremely careful if you are buying these baths through a distributor. The selection of distributor in Holland is clearly a mistake, as they offered extremely poor service, which makes me question how William Holland does business. While I did eventually get to speak with Marc at WH about the situation, he was clearly more interested in repeating like a broken record player that we spent but the bath from him directly, insured of focusing on solving the problem.
