Have always found the staff helpful. Only downside is trying to get through on the phone in the morning for an on the day appointment can be extremely difficult. They should have a call queuing system.

This place is an absolute joke! It's taken me two weeks of phoning up every morning between 8-8.30 to get a Dr appointment, when I finally get through, all I can get is a phone appointment! Seems to me they just take the phone off the hook every morning! I feel sorry for the people that are in a worse place than me, must be awful for the elderly. If I could change my Drs then I would.

Both my in laws and parents belong to this surgery. Where do I start with the appalling level of service given! If your house bound and 80 years old, you would expect to be able to get a home visit when you have a serious infection or ailment ? NO! This has happened around 6 times this year. For the able bodied that can get to the surgery appointments are just too difficult to get. Prescriptions are delayed, incorrect or even forgotten. They have a duty of care but simply DONT care One star is too generous. When will the NHS shut this surgery down?

This is a terrible practice, they are not even worth 1 star. It is completely true what other people are saying on here, the way in which they treat their patients is appalling! Even the chemist says they are a law unto theirself. Go elsewhere

My family and I have been patients of the surgery for over 8 years. Never had any issues (yes there are some doctors we prefer to see than others, purely personal preference) Can always get an ‘on the day’ appointment when necessary (yes sometimes have to make multiple calls but always get through eventually) Today we went on holiday and I managed to stupidly forget to pack one of my regular medications 🤯 The receptionist was amazing at helping me find a pharmacy and getting the prescription sent through straight away. She ran around getting doctor to sign and even else took me confirmation. I was so grateful and super impressed at how she went above and beyond to help me out 🙂🙂🙂

Completely useless surgery. Doesn’t answer the phone and when they do the staff is rude. Extremely hard to get an appointment and when you do get one they will either call you hours earlier or hours later. Do not recommend
