Excellent service from all the team, all done with such dignity and compassion. From collecting Dad from his house when he past away to the whole funeral service. Suzie from the Chelmsley and Castle Brom branch is a credit to the team. She looked after me with such kindness and answered every phone call/email with precision (and there was a lot of them) The day of the funeral ran so smoothly and was conducted just how we wanted and was a beautiful service.

These are difficult times with the Covid restrictions in place; the personal input is limited as a result of these strictures. In spite of this, and only being able to conduct all arrangements by phone, I never felt that the service provided by Joan was in any way impersonal or remote. I would find it extremely hard to fault Joan for the care she took organising events. The Funeral Director, Katie, maintained this approach; she was professional throughout the church and Crematorium services but, at all times, approachable and personable. My family and I would unhesitatingly recommend Painters for the personal service they provided at a difficult and emotional time.

Contacted the Chelmsley wood branch for advise and to help us about arranging our mother’s funeral. Joan was brilliant informed us of what we needed to do and who to contact. She supported us all the way through the process. On the day of the funeral we couldn’t of wished for a better service from the Yardley branch who carried out the funeral.
