    My dad had some cowboys mess up his car due to a botched engine installed and even kept his car on site for 5 months! He lost all joy in owning his car. But... William was quick to take care of things! Really helpful, genuine, and your kept in the loop at all times. I am fully satisfied with the corrective works he did on my car, and now I enjoy driving my car again. Fully recommend!!!

    What a treasure of a garage! Somebody needs to wrap William up in cotton wall until the death of the internal combustion engines makes him obsolete in about 30 years time... William knows his stuff. Is reassuring about problem finding. His experience shines through. Knows what to, and when to spend money. Absolute analogue expert in a digital age... what I mean by this is he was not driven by "what the computer says". His interpretation of the diagnostics was spot on. I took my car to a local garage and they tried to diagnose and sort out the engine light issue I had before the MOT. They were methodical, I know the guy and they are honest. They tried to methodically find the issue but as non-BMW experts, they did not eliminate the fault, despite being transparent, working together with me with what made sense according to their computer. I walked past William's garaged so many times but never took them seriously. If you own a BMW, ignore the shop front and listen to the expertise oozing from William! He was clear, identified the probable causes, isolated the correct ones one by one and got me to my MOT for my beloved 20+ year old BMW. It is obvious he does this out of love for BMW's and I really enjoyed listening to him and I got to know my car better. Fell in love with it more. Fabulous.

    Bought a 120d from William. Very chilled relaxed sale, no high pressure salesmen in Hugo Boss suits desperate to hit sales targets here, proper old school feel and for that reason I bought my car from William. Will return when I need to change again in the future. No idea how he crams so many cars into such a small area though. Jenga for beemers.
