Awful place. Try to phone up and the automated voice just keeps repeating itself. Says press 1. You press 1. It then says to do it again and again etc. then if you get through they say try again tomorrow. Place needs shutting down

Professional, helpful and caring. Dr Harper absolutely incredible, decisive and quick to call back. Admin staff polite, helpful and approachable. I've been with this surgery for the last 12 years, only 1 unpleasant experience. We need to be mindful that NHS has been underfunded and exploited for many years. I am surprised that is still functioning.

This surgery needs to be closed down. Complete lack of care for patients. Unable to get any appointments. GPs here are negligent and should be struck off. I fear for any elderly or seriously ill patient being registered here as they must be so neglected and at risk.

Their so called "call back service" means they let the phone ring 2x before hanging up. That's a ring back service, not a call back. Just means they can tick a box for their data. Talking to a GP is impossible. Often they don't even bother to ring back. Although they seem to be falsifying their data by saying they have called back when they haven't. I wonder how many lost lives are directly due to them. Similarly the Receptionists, who refuse to help and even go so far as to imply that the patients are lying. Not understanding the difference of a patient who is using abusive language and a person in tears and distress, and still feel it's OK to put the phone down on them, is akin to those awful views one sees on TV of vulnerable people being abused in care. Either they have no training whatsoever or they enjoy the power they yield behind that glass screen and over the phone. The only people who deserve a positive mention are the nurses and the lady upstairs in the call centre.
