My experience from start to finish has been appalling. Don't answer the phone any time, ever. When you phones asks you to text and email tried that but took weeks for someone to even respond. Then asked for more info and didn't respond again. Finally after a frustrated text someone called me but said she couldn't make an appointment as she was an apprentice. Promised a nurse would call me, not one did. I then get a random appointment through on text without even confirming the date with me or that i still needed it or what for. Booktime of work to attend as getting desperate, now get a text saying its cancelled...for an 'emergency' that's planned in 4 days time without even offer a date for rescheduling??! How you even manage to operate is beyond me. Shambles.

I've just been to have an emergency filling at Willerby Dental Care, and Becky and Mali we're excellent. Compared to the rude service I received at my previous surgery (Newland Avenue) It's levels above. Becky and Mali were kind, efficient and humorous, and most importantly have done an excellent job on my tooth. Thank you for your help.

I had a broken tooth and was sent to this dentist after calling 111. They were very sympathetic and understanding, and fitted me in the following day. The dentist and nurse were lovely and carried out a temporary repair until I can see my regular dentist. Highly recommended. I am no longer in pain so am very happy.
