    Had to pick up a Grandson who is a current Boxing West Midlands Champion in his weight class. The squad of Boxers were being put through their paces on Pads, Bags and circuit training by the Gym owner, they have, I believe, 3 current weight class Champions who among others are in serious training for this years Championships. It is a well equiped Gym with Boxers ranging from youngsters, 8 yrs old up to seniors of around early to mid 20's
