We have been using this pharmacy for the number of years and found it very useful and the people are very professional and helpful but I have noticed over the last couple of months they have got cover staff in to cover staff who are off I noticed some of the local very impatient and rude towards the staff and all it takes is a bit of patience because we all get served in the end

This chemist needs a complete overhaul. Since the present pharmacist has been there, it's gone downhill rapidly. Several issues, to appalling customer service from said pharmacist think her name is Farah. She has a bad attitude, and constantly blames the doctors for not sending over your prescriptions. When in reality it's her excuse to pass the buck, as its quite obvious she can't keep up with demand. When you ring the doctors they state clearly when your prescription was sent. So your having to constantly go back and forth and then you may not have your full prescription so you have to go back again it's pathetic, badly run pharmacy. Go elsewhere it's an absolute tip, you have to wipe your feet on the way out!
